Please refer to your account profile in the top right hand corner of the screen when you are logged in, and then select verification to check your status.
We partner with a 3rd party verification source, who when you join Skrilla will attempt to verify your identity based on the information you add in the sign up stage. If your identity cannot be verified at this stage, we will request further certified documentation to establish verification.
If your account status is unverified, you can enter your drivers licence details within the account profile verification section. This will then get sent to Skrilla admin who in turn will attempt to manually verify your account through our 3rd party verification source. If successful your account status will change from ‘unverified’ to ‘verified’.
If this is still unsuccessful, a member of our customer support team will contact you and further assist in how we can verify your identity.
