There may be a few reasons you can't login. These include:
- You are incorrectly entering your password or username
- Your account has been closed
- Your account has been locked due to someone entering the incorrect password to your account 5 times in a row
- You have requested that we close or delete your account from our system.
If your account is locked, you can get back in by requesting a password reset link and resetting your password.
If your account has been closed then you will receive a message when you try to log in letting you know that your account has been closed. You will need to get in contact with our support staff via live chat or by emailing them at email@example.com to re-open the account or discuss why it was closed.
